KAYU Moved to a New Warehouse / Office

We are proud to announce we have moved to a new warehouse/office located in Tigard, OR.

With the demands of an ever changing market, we feel the very best way we can continue to offer the highest quality hardwood decking products and further service our customers is to have our full team and inventory under one roof.

Though the benefits of the move are seemingly endless, we are most excited that we can now offer our customers:

  • Inside loading
  • Extended loading hours
  • Better weather protection
  • Improved handling of our materials
  • Additional quality control
  • Ability to break units as needed
  • And so much more!

With the move, we have brought on Chris McLaughlin who transferred from our Boston affiliate after over nine years of working with KAYU products. He brings a lot of knowledge to the table and takes great pride pulling and preparing our customers’ orders. Chris is also heading up our Keruing/Apitong truck decking program.

Gina and Natalie are still in the KAYU office but now enjoying being able to simply walk out the door to frequently visit the warehouse to inspect material, monitor quality and even help pull the occasional order.

When Steve and Robin are not in Asia during their several purchasing trips a year, or doing PKs with customers, they are in house working with the rest of the KAYU team.

We look forward to a bright future working in our new location!
